Returns & Refund Policy

All Still Blooming products are made to order through our print-on-demand partner. Because each item is produced specifically for you, please read our policy carefully before purchasing.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect size ordered by the customer
  • Minor colour variation between screen and printed product

We will replace or refund items that are:

  • Damaged or defective upon arrival
  • Misprinted or have a significant print quality issue
  • Incorrect items (wrong product sent)

To be eligible, you must contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo of the issue. A replacement or full refund will be issued at no cost to you — no return required.

Lost packages If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your order, contact us within 30 days and we will investigate with the carrier.

Return shipping If a return is required, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. In most cases, a return is not necessary — we will resolve defective or incorrect orders without requiring the item back.
