Thank you for shopping with True North Tees! All of our products are printed on demand and fulfilled by Printful.

Processing Time
All orders are processed and printed within 2–5 business days after payment is confirmed.

Shipping Times (after production)

• Canada: 3–7 business days
• United States: 5–10 business days
• International: 10–20 business days

Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or events outside our control. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at sweethommy77@gmail.com within 30 days of the estimated delivery date and we will make it right.
